No, but I've used Better than Milk's rice milk powder. It's not bad and I don't believe it contains sodium caseinate. They also have a soy milk powder but it's made with tofu - which I'm allergic to.For coconut milk, you can just blend shredded coconut (unsweetened) with hot water in a blender and then strain. Proportions would be somewhere online, I'm sure.
This is for camping/backpacking - looks like a good option (maltodexterin and guar gum aside)!! Thanks for the recommenation!
